We provide a range of group and team training options, ranging from 2-on-1 sessions to teams of up to 20 people at a time. Let us know what you need and we will be happy to talk you through our range of options.
We specialise in developing training programs specifically for sporting teams, and which can be delivered at any time of the season. Get the maximum performance levels from every member of your squad, as well as reduced injury rates and enhanced overall fitness.
We have sports training and coaching experience across the board, so no matter whether you play a mainstream game or a more niche sport, our trained and qualified coaches can work with your team to enhance your performance.
At our high performance centre in Findon, there are a range of facilities that we utilise for team and group training sessions, such as 170m2 of artificial turf and a basketball ring, in addition to our specialist VALD and Fusion Sport sports science equipment.
We are happy to offer a 7 day free trial that will enable you to meet our team, try out our facilities, and discover the benefits to health and fitness of an exercise physiology program.
Unfortunately, group training is not covered under private health.
